Inua invests equity and quasi-equity capital to become a shareholder alongside the company founders, taking a minority ownership stake. We invest from $100,000 to up to $1,000,000, often over a phased investment program.

Our capital is remunerated in line with the company’s performance – aligning us completely with the owners (we win when you win).

Our capital can be used for capital expansions, purchase and supply chain financing, downstream or upstream integrations, to mention a few. In short, our capital is to help you grow and scale profitably.

We invest in companies that:

• Are formalised, full registered and regulatorily compliant
• Have a proven and scalable business model targeting a large and growing addressable market
• Have demonstrated meaningful commercial traction with normalized annual revenues >US$300,000
• Have a commercially viable product or service with a defensible market position/clear competitive advantage
• Are led by exceptional, passionate management team with high growth ambitions and a clear vision
• Value the opportunity to grow in partnership with an experienced investor and strategic partner
